As such, orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, in line with UK regulations regarding custom and personalised goods.

Please ensure you review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing, as you will receive the exact piece shown.

✧ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Due to the increasing use of AI and digital image manipulation, we require clear video evidence for all damage related requests. Photos alone will not be accepted as sufficient proof of damage.

We will assess and resolve the issue promptly.
