The Story & Details
An entire landscape, hidden within stone.
Some crystals are admired for their colour. Others reveal something extraordinary when you look beneath the surface.
This remarkable Aura 23 Fluorite Tower belongs firmly in the second category.
Standing approximately 10cm tall, this individually selected tower displays a beautiful combination of golden honey, warm amber, soft cream and deep plum, with intricate internal formations that create the appearance of a miniature landscape.
At the centre of the stone, a dramatic dark plum and reddish-brown formation rises through the surrounding colour, resembling the silhouette of an ancient tree emerging from mist or a phoenix lifting itself from glowing embers.
Below, layers of white and cream sweep across the crystal like clouds or distant mountain ranges, giving way to rich amber and golden tones towards the base.
The translucent areas allow light to enter the stone, revealing different layers, colours and natural features as the tower is turned.
It's the sort of specimen that rewards a closer look. What first appears to be a beautiful arrangement of colour gradually becomes something far more intricate.
A Natural Work of Art
The most captivating feature of this tower is undoubtedly its internal landscape.
The combination of dark branching forms, pale mineral areas and golden colour zoning creates an almost painterly effect, as though a scene has been captured within the crystal.
Depending on the viewing angle, the central formation might resemble a tree, a rising phoenix or an abstract landscape.
Those interpretations are part of the appeal. The formation is entirely natural, but what you see within it is wonderfully personal.
Carefully polished into a six-sided tower with a pointed termination, the carving allows the stone's internal character to remain the centre of attention.
At approximately 150g, it is a relatively compact collector piece with an unusually detailed appearance.
The Character of Fluorite
Fluorite is a calcium fluoride mineral, recognised for its remarkable range of colours, transparency and distinctive internal features.
Its natural colour zoning can produce beautiful combinations of purple, green, yellow and other shades, sometimes within the same specimen.
This tower is sold under the trade name Aura 23 Fluorite and displays a distinctive combination of golden, cream and plum tones.
The exact composition of its internal formations has not been independently established, so they are best appreciated as natural mineral features rather than assigned a specific mineral identity.
Traditional Associations
Within contemporary crystal traditions, Fluorite is often symbolically associated with:
- Focus & Clarity: Thoughtful reflection and concentration.
- Intuition: Exploring personal insight and awareness.
- Spiritual Growth: Developing a deeper connection with personal practice.
- Balance: Reflection and considered decision-making.
- Transformation: Exploring change and new perspectives.
These are traditional spiritual associations rather than scientifically established effects.
